Universal handgrip and hose with digital display and controls.

Features quick-fit connections, vapor and detergent pipes and a protective cover. The hose a variety of standard and protective covers and in various lengths with the maximum length determined by the model cleaner.

Long Lances

Applications: For use on hard to reach surfaces and those that are not flat. Perfect for reaching in behind obstructions and on surfaces and equipment that have crevices, cracks, wires and cables etc.

Usage instructions/Notes: The vapor discharge pressure will blow away any loose materials and soils but to clean and sanitize, the tip of the lance should be as close as possible to the surface being cleaned, optimizing the effect of the heat in melting/dissolving soils and sanitizing the surface.

Short Lance

Applications: A very easy to handle tool useful for the thorough cleaning of small surfaces and complex shaped objects. Allows close-up cleaning of items held in a clamp or in the operator’s gloved hand.

Usage instructions/Notes: Operator should wear safety gloves when holding items to be cleaned.

Suction Lances

Applications: Very practical tool for cleaning small surfaces and parts – vapor is introduced through a centered lance and suction removes soils and any moisture. Excellent for confined small areas where visibility and soil removal would be an issue.

Usage instructions/Notes: Rea vacuum which is controlled from the Universal handle is recommended however any suction source can be used.

Perforated Lance

Applications: Similar to the long lance this accessory is useful for cleaning hard to reach and irregularly shaped areas where greater vapor coverage is needed for sanitizing.

Usage instructions/Notes: Apply vapor with the head of the lance in contact with the surface to be cleaned/sanitized. Move the head slowly over the surface allowing the vapor to heat up and sanitize effectively.

Brush Holders

Applications: The brush holder allows nylon or stainless steel brushes to be used along with the vapor to remove encrusted dirts, help break up greases & oils and break down biofilms.

Usage instructions/Notes: As with most accessories contact with the surface being cleaned achieves the best results by ensuring maximum heat is transferred to the soils being removed.

Squeegees

Applications: Ideal for cleaning flat surfaces such as walls, ceilings, table tops, solid conveyor belts etc. The vapor breaks up the soils and the rubber squeegee moves the moisture and soils to the floor where it can ce collected. Can be used on glass, metal, fiberglass, plastics etc without fear of damage.

Floor Squeegee

Applications: Perfect for cleaning and sanitizing floors quickly. Vapor penetrates holes and cracks in the floor loosening soils, fats, oils and greases allowing them to be directed to a drain or other collection area. The vapor heat leaves the floor dry and ready to handle traffic.

Usage instructions/Notes: Always pull the squeegee towards you and towards the drain. If there are ground in soils or embedded fats etc a floor tool with a brush strip to break up stubborn soils may be better.

Suction Brushes with abrasion

Applications: These brushes combine vapor, mechanical abrasion with a nylon bristle strip and vacuum to remove all moisture and soils. Ideal for cleaning and sanitizing smooth and semi smooth surfaces where the cleaned surface must be dry and ready to use after cleaning. Perfect for conveyor belts in food preparation facilities. Also useful in cleaning fabrics and other surfaces where moisture needs to be removed as part of cleaning process.

NOTE: Custom sizes for specific conveyor belt sizes can be provided as an option.

Usage instructions/Notes: The suction units can be firmly held in place while the conveyor is run allowing an operator to clean an entire belt from one location. Rea also has available special brackets that let these brushes be temporarily installed on a line and operated without an operator being in attendance!

Suction Brush Bracket

Applications: Belt cleaning attachment can be built to the width of any belt size and different sizes can be used on the frame to accommodate multiple lines. The posts are designed to be bolted down to a predetermined location on a line and there is significant vertical and horizontal adjustment to place the attachment where it will be most effective.

Usage instructions/Notes: Designed as a CIP system this bracket allows a suction brush to be installed at the beginning of a belt for cleaning and sanitizing during production eliminating the need for a scheduled break to sanitize the food contact surface.

Soft Furnishing Brush

Applications: Designed for cleaning upholstery such as sofas, car seats, mats etc this unit can also be used to clean the base of equipment where soils, moisture and debris must be removed. The suction allows easily visibility of the workspace by removing the vapor

Usage instructions/Notes: Always pull the attachment toward you for best results.

Floor Cleaning Brush with Suction

Applications: Perfect for cleaning hard surfaces where cleaning, sanitizing and drying is required. Can be used with or without detergent. Vapor and agitation strip break up soils, fats, greases and oils and vacuum removes them for appropriate disposal.

Used for Hazmat cleanup as well as blood, greases, sugars etc in food preparation

The 70 cm tool is only recommended for smooth and very flat floors

Floor Scraper

Applications: The floor scrapers are ideal for flat surfaces with ground in or persistent soils such as organic scale, carbon residue, paint & adhesives, molds/mildews, dried sugars/syrups etc.

Usage instructions/Notes: The vapor will loosen the soil and the steel brushes will break it up. Use of a small amount of detergent to emulsify and encapsulate the resultant soils will make it easy to squeegee or suction away.

Chewing Gum Removal Tool

Applications: This attachment is excellent for removing chewing gum from concrete and other surfaces. It combines vapor, detergent, mechanical brush and suction.

Usage instructions/Notes: For best results apply a bit of detergent and then vapor until partially dissolved. At that point the gum can be suctioned up for disposal. For very stubborn pieces the steel brush will help loosen it up.

Extension Joint

Applications: This attachment is very helpful when trying to clean awkward areas behind equipment, inside containers etc
